Returns & Exchanges

At LAAGAM, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
